Terms of sale are set by the Attorney representing the Plaintiff. Payment must be in cash, money order, certified check or cashier’s check down at time of sale. (If you have a certified check or cashier’s check – have it made payable to yourself and the Sheriff's Office will have you endorse it over). You must have the deposit with you at the time of the bid and know exactly how you want the deed prepared.
Balance due when sale is confirmed and deed is delivered.

The auction is held on Fridays (unless noted) at the courthouse located at 210 E. Main St., Lancaster, Ohio on the second floor at 11:00 a.m.
